Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SafariShare platform operated by Voyage Technologies Uganda Limited ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
SafariShare is a technology platform that connects users seeking transportation ("Passengers") with third-party transportation providers, including drivers engaged in carpooling ("Drivers") and formal bus operators ("Operators"). We do not provide transportation services ourselves. Our service is to facilitate the booking and payment for these third-party transportation services.
To use most aspects of the Service, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.
When you book a ride, you agree to pay the displayed price, which includes the fare for the transportation and a service fee payable to us. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the transportation provider (Driver or Operator) and will be communicated at the time of booking.
You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes. You will not use the Service to cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the transportation provider or any other party. You agree to treat Drivers, Operators, and fellow Passengers with respect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, that are not expressly set out in these terms. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of third-party transportation providers. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the term of membership.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
