Where will I meet the driver?
You will meet the driver on the agreed meeting point. After you have been matched, the driver will call you.
How much does it cost?
It will be a flat rate per kilometre and an estimated cost of your journey will be displayed on your screen before the request for the trip is made.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.
How do I ensure my safety?
We advise you to travel with only approved drivers and cars. Do not use any car which you never ordered for. Always cross-check the car and driver details. They should be the same as those in our system. Agree to meet with the driver in public spaces
